New puppy? Then look no further we have everything you need to support you and your new puppy over those important few months. From first weeks to first walks we have you covered.
Pre Puppy Visit
This is such an important step and one that many people just don’t consider. This leads to panicked calls in the first week when you realise you are out of your depth. Get prepared and have all the information you need to get your puppy settled into your home, know what to expect and how to manage. This is a 90 minute appointment in your own home with one of our experienced trainers, we go over all of the basics and are on hand to answer any of your questions or concerns. We can talk about equipment, first few nights, days, introducing them to the family, family pets, toilet training, biting and pretty much anything you can think of. This can be in person at your home address if you are in the local area or via video call. The choice is yours. We will also send you handouts, resources, book recommendations and video tutorials to get you started.

5 Week Puppy Packages
The ultimate supported start to living happily with your puppy.
The package includes:
Settling in - crate training if you choose, toilet training, biting/chewing prevention, enrichment and a bespoke socialisation plan
Basic training, sit, down, drop, touch, leave it etc.
Intensive sessions on recall and loose lead
Out and about training as required, such as a café visit, support on first walks - real time support in real life situations.
Personal support via email/message direct with your trainer
If you are local to Stourbridge we include two home visits, the rest of the sessions will be at our training field in Stourton or out and about to suit you.

Puppy Classes
We run regular classes at Wollaston Village Hall and Wolverly School. Get your Kennel Club puppy Foundation certificate and join our small friendly classes. Classes size are 6-8 maximum, and you get loads of information sent to you after each class.
Mix It Up!
If you want to do both 1-1 support and classes then we offer a special package just for you!
Access to the next available puppy class at the venue of your choice (please note this is dependent on availability so please do check there are spaces if there is a specific date you have in mind) and 2 x 1-1 appointments. If you are in the local area this can be at your home, or out and about to practice skills at a local park.
